Key word:Brief introduction to the knowledge of automobile semi-axle production and processing technology
Automotive semi-axis machining production process Today, cars are everywhere, cars have an important impact in today's society, people are now inseparable from cars, and now the world without cars is unimaginable. So studying cars has important implications.
The semi-axle is an important part of the automotive transmission system. The half shaft is used to transmit the power output from the differential shaft gear to the drive wheel or the wheel reducer. The outer end of the semi-axle is connected to the hub, and the inner end of the semi-shaft is The spline is connected to the half shaft gear. The half shaft gear transmits only the torque to the half shaft during operation. The inner end of the half shaft is only subjected to the torque and is not subject to the bending moment. The half shaft is the part with the highest torque in the axle parts of the automobile.
When the car is starting or going uphill, the torque is very large, especially when the emergency braking or driving on uneven roads is worse, the half shaft is subjected to impact, alternating bending fatigue load and torque. The material required for semi-axle production must have sufficient flexural strength, shear strength and good toughness. Therefore, 40Cr in alloy quenched and tempered steel is more suitable for automotive semi-axle.
