The two half shafts can be driven at different speeds or at different speeds under different operating conditions. Abnormalities in the rear axle housing, differential, wheel wheel and other parts will affect the normal transmission of the axle, causing the axle to wear, break, and even cause the vehicle to suffer unpredictable losses. The reason for the damage of the rear axle of the car is that in addition to the overload of the vehicle and the driver's unintentional operation, the rear drive load is increased, and there are the following aspects:
    (1) The inner end of the half shaft is damaged. 1 Spline shaft key groove part along the slot tooth length taper, step, tooth surface deformity, etc., is due to the differential case half shaft gear bearing hole and the half shaft gear loose, the differential bearing loose, the rear wheel bearing loose Etc.; 2 The inner shaft journal wear of the semi-axle, the groove on the shaft surface, etc., is due to the bearing hole of the differential case half shaft and the looseness of the half shaft, and the differential bearing damage.
    (2) The middle part of the semi-axis is curved and abraded, and the axial surface of the shaft is in contact with the inner wall of the steel tube of the rear axle. This is due to the deformation of the rear axle shell, the occurrence of cracks, the bending of the rear axle steel pipe, the loosening of the steel pipe and the rear axle shell, etc. The rear axle axis is offset.
    (3) Cracks and breaks occur in the middle part of the semi-axle and the root of the flange. Except for the forging and crushing flaws in the manufacturing process of the original semi-axle, mainly due to the deformation and bending of the rear axle shell, the steel tube and the rear axle shell are loose, and the rear wheel bearing is loose. The 旷 is so poor that the half shaft is abnormally swung in the transmission.
    (4) The damage of the semi-axle flange stud with the nut and the tapered bushing, except for the deformation of the rear axle shell, the bending of the axle shaft, the looseness of the rear wheel bearing, and the fact that the tapered bushing is less installed (Af ), or Af is too small, too short, so that the flange stud with nut and Af excessive force from the direction of rotation, so that the screw on the flange disk to the hole, the Af seat hole wear expansion, stud threaded hole Loose, the flange and the wheel contact surface wear, and even cut all the bolts. Damage to these parts of the semi-axle flange tends to increase the half shaft transmission and the half shaft to break.
